"Have been with this agent for a couple years now. Pretty smooth for the most part but they do like to “accidentally” make changes to the policy and overcharge until you point it out to them. But the reason I’m leaving this review today is because I recently requested a quote to add my daughter my policy, vocee text message so it was very hear that I just needed a quote and was not just blindly adding her, well, Michaela’s team decided to, once again, just make the change to my policy without me giving permission. So I got a much higher bill today. I called to office to clarify and was yelled at, interrupted, and treated like I’m stupid by someone named Cheryl. Michaela nor the agent I discussed the potential policy change with is willing to talk to me to sort this out."

Based on our text conversation, our understanding was that your daughter needed to be added to your policy so she would be covered while driving. Without being listed on the policy, she would not have had the appropriate coverage. Our intention was to help ensure there wasn’t a gap in protection, never to make changes without your best interests in mind.
We’re also sorry to hear that you felt disrespected during your phone call. We strive to treat every customer with professionalism and respect, and we take concerns like yours seriously.
When you called, I was in a meeting assisting another customer and unfortunately wasn’t available to come to the phone. I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to speak with you personally, answer your questions, and work through any remaining concerns. "I decided to switch to an agent closer to my home after my long term agent retired after many years of stellar service and I happened upon The office of Mechaela Voeller. We met at her office in Chehalis and she was absolutely wonderful. Cheerful, friendly very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions even though my current living situation has me in limbo. She even gave me some very helpful timelines in regard to items that I hadn't thought of like life insurance. (I was not aware State Farm handled life insurance).
